FormAgile currently offers free form preparation and downloads without an account. We can explain the website, but cannot provide tax or legal advice, verify identity, or submit forms for you. See the Terms of Use.
What to include in a problem report
Include the form name or number, page address, website language, browser and device. Describe what you expected, what happened and the steps to reproduce it. Include any error message.
Remove or cover personal information in screenshots before attaching them. Use sample field values. We cannot restore your browser draft; describe the problem instead of sending a completed PDF.
Keep sensitive information out of email
Do not send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, financial account details, signatures or completed forms. Check attachments and screenshots before sending.
Describe privacy requests without repeating sensitive values. Our Privacy Policy explains drafts, downloads and messages you send us.
