These terms describe the current free FormAgile service and your responsibilities when using it. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Fill out, review and download available forms for free, without an account. You remain responsible for choosing the right form, checking the result, and arranging any required signature and delivery.
What FormAgile provides
FormAgile helps you find available official forms, enter information in your browser, preview the result and download a PDF. It is independent, without government affiliation or endorsement.
We do not provide tax, legal or financial advice, verify identity or eligibility, sign documents, or file or submit them. Website guidance does not replace official instructions or qualified professional advice.
Using the current free service
Available form-filling and PDF downloads are currently free, without an account, payment or subscription. Official blank forms are also free from the issuing government agency.
This is not a promise that future features will remain free forever. Any paid features must show their price and terms before purchase. Using current free features creates no payment obligation.
Choosing and checking your form
Provide only information you are entitled to use. You must have authority to prepare a form for another person or organization. You are responsible for accurate, complete and lawful entries.
Confirm the form and revision with the recipient and official instructions. Review every value and its legibility in the downloaded PDF. Arrange required signatures, dates and delivery. Downloading does not establish acceptance, filing or legal sufficiency.
Permitted and prohibited use
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not impersonate anyone, falsify information or signatures, commit fraud, or infringe another person’s rights.
Do not introduce malicious code, seek unauthorized access, bypass security controls or disrupt the service. We may reasonably restrict access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.
Your information and website content
You retain your rights in your entries. These terms do not transfer their ownership to FormAgile. Our Privacy Policy explains drafts, downloads and support messages.
Official forms follow their applicable public-use rules. Respect applicable intellectual property rights when using FormAgile’s branding, original website content and software. Permission to use the service does not itself grant general redistribution rights.
Availability and reasonable limits
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output or suitability for every situation. Features may change or become unavailable. Temporary drafts are not backups; keep needed downloads securely.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. FormAgile is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate entries, failure to review documents, or your storage and delivery methods. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Updates to the service and terms
We may change the service and these terms. Updates will appear here with an effective date and apply from that date, subject to legally required notice or consent.
Review current terms when using the website. Updates cannot turn earlier free downloads into charges. You may stop using the service if you disagree with terms for future use.
