Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you use FormAgile to fill out and download forms, browse the website or contact us.
At a glance
Form filling and PDF creation run in your browser. Separate drafts stay in memory while you navigate or change language; refreshing or closing the page clears them. Optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity follow your analytics choice, as explained below.
The service this policy covers
FormAgile is an independent website for preparing forms. Available forms are free to fill and download, without an account.
This policy covers the website. Form recipients, your email provider and other websites have their own information practices. Our Terms of Use describe the service’s scope.
Form entries and temporary drafts
The editor processes entries in browser memory, without a cloud draft-storage or server-side form-processing service. Separate drafts for each form survive site navigation and language changes in the same page session. Optional Microsoft Clarity recording is separate from these drafts and is described below.
Clearing a form removes only its draft. We do not save drafts in local storage or provide recovery after refreshing or closing the page. Download needed copies before leaving.
PDF files you download
Your completed PDF is generated in the browser. Downloading saves a file on your device; it does not submit it to FormAgile, the IRS or its recipient.
Clearing a form does not delete downloaded files. Choose where to save them, protect access to your device and use the recipient’s recommended delivery method.
Website requests and technical information
Your browser requests pages, official blank PDF templates, postal-code reference data and other website assets. Requests for these files are separate from the optional analytics described below.
Hosting infrastructure may process technical access information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver and operate the website. This is separate from form entries. For privacy questions about these requests, use Contact.
Optional analytics, cookies and session replay
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 for basic page-visit and successful PDF-download statistics, and Microsoft Clarity across the website for interaction analytics, heatmaps and session replay. These services may use cookies and process technical information about your visit. We do not add form entries to our GA4 events or use Google advertising signals or user-provided data collection.
Clarity uses its default masking: input boxes and dropdowns are masked, but this does not hide all visible page content. Some text shown in a PDF preview may remain visible in recordings. Clarity can also receive the page URL, including query strings and fragments. The providers explain their processing in the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Information you send us
If you email us, your address, message and attachments pass through email systems and become available to handle your request. This is separate from browser form entries.
Send only necessary information, without Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers or completed forms. We use correspondence to address requests and related service issues. Clearing a form does not delete emails.
Your choices and privacy questions
You can allow or reject optional analytics, and change or withdraw your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. We save this choice in your browser, separately from form drafts. You can fill forms and download PDFs without allowing analytics.
After withdrawal, some limited processing without analytics cookies may continue until you reload the page. Changing your choice does not automatically delete data already collected. You can also clear drafts, manage downloaded files and contact support@formagile.com about privacy without sending sensitive form values.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or its information practices change. The effective date above identifies the applicable version.
Updates will appear here, with any additional notice or consent required by law. Ask about this policy through Contact.
